How can I trust numbers you didn't produce?
Because we check them before we use them. With the Finance & Growth Setup, a qualified accountant checks your books to your last month end: every bank and card account in them up to date, and nothing sitting unexplained. If it passes, we set your dashboard up on top of them, and from the FPG&A Package up our finance and growth experts check every figure in your report before it reaches you. If it doesn't, we tell you exactly what's out. We won't advise you on a number nobody has checked.
I already have a bookkeeper.
Keep them. We work on top of what they produce: the dashboard, and from the FPG&A Package up, the advice. All we ask is that their work is up to date, and we check that before we start. If you'd rather hand the books to us, add Bookkeeping and we handle the switch, including the awkward email.
Is this software or people?
Both. The dashboard is ours and it's in every package. From the FPG&A Package up, our finance experts read and question your books every month, and they won't start until your books are up to date. Software on top of messy books just gets you to the wrong answer faster.
Do you do my taxes?
For UK companies, yes, with the Accounting add-on: the company's year-end accounts and its tax returns. Anywhere else, or without the add-on, we work alongside whoever does them for you now, so you aren't paying them to clean up.
What if you don't find me any savings?
On the FPG&A and Executive packages, within 90 days your reports find and put a figure on savings and cash worth more than everything you've paid us, setup included. It counts whether or not you act on it. If they don't, we refund every fee. That's the "Worth it" part of our guarantee.
What if I want to leave?
You take everything with you. Your books stay in your own QuickBooks or Xero account the whole time. We just work inside it. Nothing is locked in our dashboard. It's monthly, and you can cancel any time.
